Regular Packages:- Commitment Period: When you sign up to any coaching program, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months payments on the plan you signed up to. You are available to upgrade in this time, but it is not possible to cancel or downgrade plans in the 3 month period. This is a rolling subscription, and our cancellation policy applies.
Challenges:- Commitment Period: By joining the challenge, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) monthly payments. Challenges are not available for App Access ONLY clients. This is a rolling subscription, and our cancellation policy applies.
Fees:
- Before January 1st 2024; Subscription options are available at £25, £99, and £175 monthly.
- After January 1st 2024; Subscription options are available at £39, £125, and £199 monthly.
Payments:
- All payments are processed via Stripe or secure check-out.
Cancellation:
- Notice Period: Cancellations or changes to plans must be communicated by emailing info@flow-coach.co.uk at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.
- Early Termination: Cancelling before fulfilling the commitment period does not exempt you from completing the agreed payments.
- Changes to plans: If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan you must email info@flow-coach.co.uk at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Plans will not be changed until the current payment period has ended. Changes will commence on the next payment renewal date.
1:1 Coaching Terms/Access to Coaches
Coaches do not respond to private or group messages on Wednesdays or Saturdays.
Synergy Package/M1/High Accountability/VIP includes:
- one 30-minute goal-setting call each month, which must be scheduled at the beginning of the month and conducted in a single session. Additionally, clients are entitled to two check-ins per week via video, voice note, or text. Alternatively, these check-ins can be substituted with a 5-minute call on WhatsApp, if preferred by the client.
Power Package/M2/Lower Accountability/Premium:
- 40 minutes of calls per month via WhatsApp or Zoom, which can be divided with your coach into either two 20-minute calls or four 10-minute calls. Beyond these scheduled calls, one-on-one texting with your coach is not permitted, except within the community platform.
Radiate Package/M1/App Access Only:
- Access to coaches is limited to the general group chat only; one-on-one interactions or personalized accountability support are not available.
